When you hear the term "farm to table", it sounds so simple. But in fact, it's anything but. The man hours that go into providing raw, unprocessed items far surpasses that of a machine driven process. Our honey is never pasteurized or high-pressure filtered. We harvest our honey seasonally - Spring, Summer and Fall, this helps bring out the distinct flavors and aromas that are representative of Southern Illinois.
It all started with us being hobbyist beekeepers in 2017. We have learned so much through our adventure. Our goal is to provide high quality locally grown honey products, candles and local fish in the future. We had a vision and decided to open Majestic Farms LLC and look forward to contributing to our community and educating people on the important role that honeybees have on our environment.
